On June 13, 2022,- Mobile X Global, Inc., one of the world's foremost connectivity-as-a-service establishments, and Electro-Sensors, Inc. a front-runner in industrial monitoring systems, announced that they have come into a definitive agreement to combine and re-name the mutual company Mobile X Global, Inc.

Mobile X Global, Inc. would launch Mobile X, a novel wireless brand positioned to dislocate the wireless industry. The union partners also suppose Mobile X Global's cloud-native platform to empower synergies between Electro-Sensors and Mobile X’s wireless industrial sensor business. 

The definitive merger agreement and correlated dealings have been permitted by each company's board of directors and are now subject to approval by the respective shareholders of each corporation.  The officers, directors, and key shareholders of each company, who cooperatively own a majority of the shares of their respective companies, have arrived at agreements necessitating them to approve the transactions. Moreover, shares of the united company are anticipated to continue to trade under the ticker symbol "MOBX" on the Nasdaq Capital Market, even upon the closing of the union which is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2022.

Mobile X Global announced a network access agreement to allow the launch of a novel AI-powered mobile business for wireless customers in October 2021. The company would use its exclusive CaaS-AI (Connectivity-as-a-Service-AI) cloud-native platform, XO.1, in addition, to its network agreement, to deliver tailored wireless data, messaging, and voice services, firstly to customers nationwide across the United States., with a viable launch likely later this year. The company thinks of further expanding globally under the Mobile X brand, via leveraging the XO.1 platform abilities to generate a continuous universal connectivity experience for its clients.
