DAS Health acquires controlled IT services and seed technologies from CyberSecurity Company

DAS Health Ventures, Inc., a health IT and management firm,  On 03 Aug 2020, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Technology Seed, LLC, a managed IT and cybersecurity services company located in Salem, NH. This acquisition enhances DAS' position in the MSP field and greatly advances its growth plan to create a leading managed IT and service firm for physician organizations, hospitals and hospitals.

Impact of Acquisition

DAS Health currently supports more than 1,500 customers, 3,000 physicians and total 15,000 consumers around the world. With its headquarters in Tampa , Florida, a Las Vegas, Nevada regional branch, and a major presence in Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin, DAS Health serves customers in almost all 50 states. The recent merger greatly strengthens their footprint in New England, and as a result, DAS Health has now opened a New Hampshire regional office to create opportunities for greater geographic support of its entire portfolio of solutions.

This is the largest of over a dozen acquisitions made by DAS over the past few years, which has become known for its ability to find and quickly acquire quality businesses that are a strategic match to constantly improve customer service for consumers in both firms.
